Alex, M6CFW recently received his license to operate as XU7WXA from Phnom Penh, Cambodia when there visiting for work.
Of note, via his QRZ.com entry, Alex states:
I will hopefully be operating soon from XY/XZ (Myanmar). Negotiations for licenses are well advanced, and once I have then I will mount a one man DXpedition.
