UPDATE from Tad, XU7AKU
XU7AKU is very active on HF the bands. He is usually QRV on CW with simple antennas like an Outback 2000 and wire at 25 meters high. Currently, he put a 1/4 length inverted vertical antenna for 80m band and made about 50 QSOs in one night. He said that there’s so much city noise on all HF bands that it’s very hard to read weak signals from time to time. His QRV activity and logsearch are available here.
