The correct prefix to use is KH8. Please see the FCC’s direction on this matter in:

The third and fourth paragraphs read:
“When the station is transmitting under the authority of an amateur service license granted by any other country with which the United States has a multilateral or bilateral agreement, the indicator must be included before the call sign (example: “W4/IB4DX). ….
“The station location letter-numeral indicators are: … American Samoa KH8…”
While AH8, NH8 and WH8 call signs can be issued for stations with addresses in American Samoa, visiting Amateurs operating under reciprocal operating agreements must use KH8.
