AUGUST 21 – The team is doing well but having some trouble with beam and 20m vertical antenna. They will try to fix tomorrow and install 4SQ antenna for 40m. All team members are very busy. If time permits they will try to upload online log tomorrow. Now in the log about 3000 QSO.

AUGUST 19 – Team is doing well even with strong wind on the island. They have only one antenna installed and one operational site. Tomorrow morning after sunrise they will try to install a Force 12, tribander and antennas for 40/30m. Also they plan to have two stations on the air. Team is asking to try not make dupes – even 5+hours on the air they have a big amount of dupes.

AUGUST 17 – The team is already in Neshkan and even had the opportunity to visit the island to find a place for the camp. Today they checked the generator and found out that it was giving big interference to the radio. Therefore, tomorrow they will try to find a replacement. If everything goes well and the weather allows, they will arrive on the island on Sunday or Monday local time.

AUGUST 14 – Still very strong wind in Lavrentia. Flight postponed again until around 2030z, August 14.

AUGUST 13 – The team spent 7 hours at the airport waiting for their flight from Anadyr to Lavrentia. Due to strong crosswinds the flight has been postponed. Next attempt will be tomorrow (August 14).

AUGUST 9 – At 1710 UTC two team members Victor, UA3AKO and Alex, RA3AV have departed Moscow (Vnukovo) heading towards Anadyr.
