Oleg, ZS1OIN (UA3HK) is the new Chief of Bellingshausen Base on King George Island, South Shetland Islands (AN-010), and will be QRV on all bands, mostly CW after 12 February 2013 as RI1ANU (instead of the normally used RI1ANF callsign).
