POSTPONED UNTIL 2016
Vladimir, UA0LCZ informs he has received a license to operate from the Natural Park “Moneron Island” in the Sakhalin region during the period 2 to 10 September, 2015.
A team of four will use the callsign RI0F and QRV mainly on CW; 80-10m. Moneron Island is IOTA AS-149.
Vladimir mentions there are some limitations to visit the island so they are happy to receive such a license. They will depart Sakhalin on 1 September.
