JUNE 9 @ 17:00z – Vasily, R7AL informs that the R26RRC team arrived safely to the mainland from Paramushir island AS-204 a few hours ago. They made 6675 QSOs.
The schedule was to set sail for AS-205NEW (to QRV as R205NEW) earlier today but the weather is not good. Vasily says there’s a cyclone moving in from the east with already 3m waves and high winds affecting the region. Therefore, the team will need to wait at least 2 days while also waiting for news from the skipper about the crossing.
MAY 19, 2019 – A Russian Robinson team, led by R7AL, will be active as R205NEW from Bogoslova Island, AS-205NEW during June 14-18, 2019. QRV on HF bands, CW/SSB. QSL via Club Log OQRS. Website here.
