UPDATE – The MS0INT team live streamed to Facebook their activity. Here’s one such video now uploaded to You Tube for those who do no use that particular social media platform.
Important to note the Scottish Seabird centre webcams should be running. Once on the island, the team will try to get the top camera (lighthouse) facing the area they will be operating from, so if they give a wave try to capture them on camera!
They will also try to livestream from the island, possibly via DX-World or personal Facebook pages. Activity is also valid for DXPT
(Probably few, if any, updates on DX-World this coming weekend).
NOVEMBER 10, 2020 – Team consists of MM0OBT, MM0NDX, MM0OKG + cameraman. Tentative date: Weekend of April 17-18, 2021. Boatman arranged. QSL via EB7DX.
SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 – Team MS0INT has today been granted permission to land on the Bass Rock (EU-123) and to undertake an IOTA DXpedition from there. Firm dates and full details to be announced, but likely early next year (February, March or April) before any activity. The Bass Rock has only ever been activated three times (1997, 2001, 2008) according to research. The team is indebted to Lord Lieutenant, Sir Hew Dalrymple, for allowing them to land on his island.
