The scene is set for Martti, OH2BH to operate the All Asian DX Contest from Guam, zone 27 (Oceania) at the location of Ed, AH2L. The antenna operations took almost three weeks with low pressure and typhoon on their way. But now the SteppIr beam is up at 70 ft, covering 40-10M while top loaded vertical will be used on 80M.
Test QSOs today proved that even 10M is productive to Japan & SEA.
All locals gathered for a DX dinner last night and those included many of their regulars, such as KH2L, KG6DX, KH2JU, NH2P and also a new great ham KN4IAS/KH2 all with their ladies.
