We regret we have to cancel our expedition to Djibouti. When planning, there were too many uncertain factors for us in negotiations with the licensing authority, the national security authority and customs. We are now looking for an alternative DXpedtion target.
**Readers may recall the J20DX IOTA DXpedition had similar issues last year.
DECEMBER 18, 2020 – A team consisting DJ6TF, DK1BT, DL4WK, DL6SAK, DL7BO, DL7DF, DL7UFR & SP3DOI plan activity from Djibouti (callsign pending) during March 4-16, 2020. QRV on 160-10m using combination of verticals, Spiderbeam and loop antennas.
The team mention that licenses are applied for and accommodation is organized.
