Previously active from Rwanda as 9X3SE/P, Eddy OE3SEU is now travelling in Uganda with his campervan and has obtained the callsign 5XA1J (correct call). Eddy generally uses a 20m long-wire antenna and IC-7000; sometimes active on QO-100 too. QSL via LoTW.
