The operator is Jean-Louis, ZS6AAG (previously C91MSF, TT8JLB, 3DA0MW) who works for Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders) and is based in Abuja until mid-September 2021. His earlier activities have all been via eQSL.
