5J0R calling now, at 13h30 UTC… but an stupid OM calling in same fréquency…
When 5J0R started up on 21.295, there was a strong HA calling cq NA/Caribbean, and he had been for quarter of an hour. I know, I’d been monitoring 295 for half an hour (and was first in 5J log). However, I don’t think it was clever for someone from a mundane EU entity to be calling on 21.295 but I cannot believe 5J didn’t hear the HA.
Hope that some changes will be made in the frequencies used – many of those they have specified for CW are within 1kHz of those announced months ago for K9W! And the SSB ones are too close for comfort. Could be a nightmare!
73 n thanks for 10M cw qso. A new entity for me.
Every success and safe journey home.
Thanks for the quick QSO. Will the team be uploading to EQSL or LOTW? or card only?
Thank you for all of your hard work here. Lots of QRM, QRN, and rude operators. But, I got through with your patience.
Have a safe trip home!
You must wonder why you did not work a lot of other DX ? Because you never listen for them !
Please pay more attention to China, thanks!
The next time listen also for stations with only 100 watts.
There is no chance for them, with small antennas and 100 watts output.
Give them also a change to work you.
Thanks for the great effort and the vy good DXpedition!
vy skilled OPs on CW. Made it in the log on 30m and 15m despite low power and Dipole/ Vertical.
73, get home safely…
Very skilled CW and SSB radio ops. Tnx 4 great effort!
